Pack with care, pack with cushion.

Recently, we received several boxes with no cushion. A plastic grocery bag is lightweight and can offer a little protection from damage by shifting during transit.

1] In one example below, several AC Guide boxes had perforations that were detached prior to shipping or became so during transit.

2] In a second example, the client sent dozens of items with no cushion.

3] We received a box where the six test strip boxes were wedged in too tight. Ask for a big enough box for some padding or cushion.

4] Another box just needed some cushioning. The photo is blurry on purpose so the identity is concealed.

5] In an unrelated issue, the pharmacist gave our client an EXPIRED text strip box with a second label underneath. Make sure your pharmacist give
